Strength & Stability
Pound for pound fiberglass is stronger than steel. No
need for heavy reinforcements. This allows for quick
and easy installation by contractors or homeowners,
without the need for cranes and large crews of workers.
Fiberglass beams can span longer distances than
wood or vinyl (typically up to 18 feet) without sagging.
Unlike wood, their high strength-to-weight ratio keeps
them from sagging under their own weight. Unlike vinyl,
they are unaffected by variations in temperature and will
not sag in hot climates.
Paintable
Choose a high quality paint of any color and enjoy for a
lifetime. Factory painting is an option, as is a textured
coating that resembles finishes from stone to concrete
to stucco and gives columns an "Old World" stone
appearance.
No Maintenance
Over the life of the arbor, the durability and weather
resistance of fiberglass components make our product
a great investment. They are virtually maintenance free,
will not crack or sag like vinyl, and will provide many
years of enjoyment. Fiberglass components are
non-porous, so they do not absorb moisture like wood.
Moisture is the primary cause of cracking and peeling.
Corrosion Resistant
Fiberglass-reinforced composites are naturally
corrosion resistant. They will not rust, corrode or pit
regardless of the environment in which they are
installed.
Consistency
Fiberglass will not warp, bow or twist after installation.
Fiberglass components will not lose their strength over
the life of the product. Compared to traditional
materials, fiberglass components offer a uniform
appearance that lasts for years.

dimensions, making installation easy and fast. Parts
are clearly marked and all hardware is included so that
your arbor can be easily assembled in very little
time-most arbors can be completed in one day or less.

drilled, routed and mitred with carbide-tipped bits and
blades. With our "kit" you can even build your own arbor
or pergola.
